Our own invention-inspired by the American Arts & Crafts movement. We started with our HF-10 18th century American blanket chest hinges and changed it up to fit the look and feel of the early 20th century. The material is wider, thicker, and in true Arts & Crafts style-we showed our work. Each of these is hand forged and hammered out by our smith in Tennessee. The black color comes from heat and oil only-no paint-this is the real thing.

Mounts inside the trunk with the strap running along the inside of the lid.

11-1/4″x1-1/2″x1/8″. Dovetail fits 3/4″ to 7/8″ thick material.
